Privacy policy
This page explains what data www.gapauto.team collects, why, and how we handle it. The policy follows the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (ZZPL).
Who processes the data

What we collect
- From the booking form: name, phone, Telegram username, the car's VIN, a description of the problem, and whether you need a tow truck.
- Technical data: the IP address of the form sender (for spam protection) and standard web server logs.
- If you accept cookies — anonymous visit statistics via Google Analytics.
Why
To contact you about your request, book your car in and keep its service history. We process form data at your request (steps prior to a service contract). Analytics runs only with your consent.
Who else sees the data
- Our staff — via our CRM and the internal Telegram chat that receives request notifications.
- The hosting provider of the server the site runs on.
- Google (Analytics — only after consent; Google Maps — only after you click “Show map” or accept cookies).
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Requests — as long as needed to serve you as a customer; we delete them earlier on request. Technical logs — no longer than 30 days.
Cookies
The site stores your cookie banner choice in your browser's storage. Google Analytics and Google Maps cookies are set only after your consent or action. You can change your decision by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict processing or withdraw consent — write to gapauto.service@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).
